Can I still return items if I lost my receipt/invoice? Does my email confirmation or order details count as an invoice?
Yes, you can. Your email confirmation or Order History details can serve as your invoice.
What if my items are damaged?
If your items were damaged when you received them, you can return them. If you have questions, feel free to contact Customer Service at inquiry@econicblanks.com
When will I receive my refund?
If you’re shipping back to us, please allow for 2 weeks for us to receive your items. Once the items are received, you’ll get an email stating that your refund is being processed. Once the refund is initiated, it will take 10-15 business days to be completed.
Do you offer returns or exchanges on custom hoodies?
Since custom hoodies are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or printing error.
Is there a time limit on returns?
All items bought can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
